On Saturday, 13 February 2027, the Flying Brick Bellarine Sunset Run returns for its 12th edition, bringing runners, families and friends together for a memorable summer weekend on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Created by a local Bellarine family and still proudly supported by locals today, the Flying Brick Bellarine Sunset Run is the original Bellarine Half Marathon. What began as a passion project to showcase the beauty of our backyard has grown into one of the region's most loved running events.

Over the years, thousands of participants have joined us to run along our spectacular coastal trails between Portarlington and St Leonards, while enjoying everything the Bellarine has to offer, from great food and local wineries to beaches, sunsets and quality time with family and friends.

Alongside the ProFeet Half Marathon and Steigen 10km, we're proud to host the Bully Buster 4km. This event helps raise awareness of the positive connection between exercise, confidence and young people's mental health, an important cause that remains at the heart of our event.

More than just a run, the Flying Brick Bellarine Sunset Run is a celebration of community, wellbeing and the place we call home. Whether you're chasing a personal best, running with friends, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, we'd love you to be part of the tradition.
