Meet your trainer

Hi, I'm Flick - a coastal-born and bred trainer, business owner & local of Ocean Grove for over 30 years. I am also a mother of two and love racing in hybrid racers and fun runs - especially local ones! I understand how difficult it can be to exercise in this busy day and age, so I make it my mission to help you stay on track when you train at FlickPT.

I first ran in the 10km Bellarine Sunset run in 2016 and have run in a handful more since. I am so excited to participate in this incredible local and easily accessible event on the Bellarine Peninsula. As a highly qualified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience, I’m honored to be taking the 10km Steigen runners through their warm-up!
